An authoring template for noting what changed after a tool or model update, with the date, the version and a before-and-after check.

The update
- Tool and version: [name, old version, new version]
- Date noticed: [YYYY-MM-DD]
- Where the change was announced: [link to release notes, if any]
Re-run one known task
Pick a task from your log with a result you kept. Run the same brief again and compare. Keep both outputs in the working folder.
Both outputs are saved with the same file name plus -before and -after.
What differed
